You must check out these hidden Gems we found in Palm Springs

We started off visiting many vintage, antique thrift stores and found some beautiful mid century vases and rusty tools.

On Saturday we stumbled upon several old school realtor open houses which I didn't think existed but yes, people want to see the actual houses. We weren't buying however, the super nice realtors told us you can get a renovated 1700 Sq foot house with a pool for around a million. The downside is taxes are 1.25% or $1200/mth.

All the hotels and most of the houses are built in the sixties and they kept the mid century modern architecture. Every house was perfectly maintain

ed and it was absolute paradise. Driving around all we heard were birds chirping and every home had 100% privacy due to the landscaping.

Then Old Las Palmas had the huge celebrity homes: Elvis's honeymoon house, Clark Gable, Leo Decaprio, etc etc.

Right outside our hotel Life House was Suzanne Summers estate up the hill that she had for 40 years.

The whole place is just outstanding!

We're starting a new huge project in October. Our VIP client wants a VIP lounge in his Peterbilt so we're customizing his 13' long sleeper cab.

Of course it will be super customized, pimped out, luxurious, and looking like a Bentley inside.

This is a fake sniper rifle as we need a 3D replica to design and fabricate 2 huge 10 foot rifles to be made into the smoke stacks.

We are super excited about this build and cannot wait to get started.

We began this huge RV modern build May of 2021. It was just supposed to be a very basic build with no frills.

Once we got going and our clients purchased a fridge from Italy, the skylight (over the queen lift bed) from Germany and the Cinderella incinerator toilet we all knew it was going to be bigger than all of us.

James, who is the owner of Ace of Spades Custom RV in Vegas has 24 years experience as a certified RV tech and basically built an entire luxury earthroamer inspired RV by himself...no huge team.

He cut off the back of the VIP Toro party bus, extended it by 2 feet, singlehandedly built an actual 37" slide-out for the sofa, relocated the 350 lb spare tire to the top of the cab, installed a queen lift bed, built an outdoor kitchen, and custom built everything else.

We didn't stop off at a store and picked up some cabinets...no, he built it allll....
