Diane’s Bloody Mary Trailer – Custom Commercial Bar Build in Las Vegas

In 2023 we had the pleasure of building a one-of-a-kind commercial trailer for Diane Mina, wife of renowned Five Star Michelin Chef Michael Mina. This custom build transformed a standard trailer into a show-stopping mobile bar that perfectly matches her brand.

The Challenge

Diane wanted a vintage 1962 Shasta-inspired trailer that could function as a high-end mobile bar while meeting strict Clark County health department regulations for commercial food service.

Our Custom Build Process

  • Completely rewelded and reinforced the frame on the axle for commercial use
  • Custom-built interior using high-grade wood countertops and gray vinyl barn wood walls
  • Installed professional bar equipment, refrigeration, and stainless steel surfaces
  • Built a custom awning and matching interior upholstery
  • Designed and installed custom cabinetry and storage systems

The Result

The Bloody Mary Trailer is now a centerpiece at The Uncommons Food Hall in Las Vegas. It has even made the cover of Las Vegas Magazine WEEKLY.
